Onexbrt Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the onexbrt platform and all of its services. By accessing our services through the onexbrt website, mobile app, or any other channel, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

Onexbrt is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform, operated for the entertainment of its users. All information and services provided on the platform are governed by these Terms & Conditions.

• A clear photocopy or photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.

The following rules apply when making a deposit on onexbrt:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000 per day (without KYC verification); higher limits apply to KYC-verified accounts.
• Only Registered in Own Name payment methods are available.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in the account being subject to investigation.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Onexbrt does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, standard charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.

The following onexbrt rules apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing time: Typically 1–3 business hours. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must first meet that bonus's wagering requirements.
• Onexbrt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted on the same day, provided the total amount stays within the daily limit.

Common reasons for withdrawal cancellations include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet wagering requirements, or suspicious activity on the account.

Onexbrt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are outlined on the offer page. General bonus rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn (typically 20x–35x).
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new account.
• After claiming a bonus, typically Within 30 days Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements — the bonus may be voided and the account may be subject to investigation.
• Onexbrt reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and all other games on onexbrt:

• Once a bet is confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled — excluding the Cash Out feature.
• Odds may change before a match begins and during live play — the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If an event does not take place or is suspended, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Casino games use RNG technology. All games are regularly audited by independent third parties.
• Rules specific to individual games are governed by the respective game provider's terms.

All betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own risk. onexbrt is not liable for the outcome of any bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the onexbrt platform. If any of these are detected, strict action will be taken:

• Fraud & Deception: Fake identity, fraudulent payments, and chargeback fraud.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Automated Bots: Using automated software or bots to place bets or play games.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through the platform.
• Collusion Fraud: Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hacking or System Exploits: Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform.

Onexbrt sees gaming as entertainment. We want every user to play in a healthy, enjoyable way. The following responsible gaming tools are always available on our platform:

• Deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-off period: Take a temporary break lasting anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account entirely for an extended break.
